'The Best of Both Worlds'

There are many challenging and exciting activities that Red Maids’ and QEH students do together, as part of both schools' curricular and extra-curricular timetables. These links start in the Junior School.

Educational workshops, creative arts events and sporting challenges bring students and staff together in a positive way.

Both schools believe that single-sex education provides the best results for their students academically, but recognise the value of girls and boys being able to build friendships and derive additional learning through opportunities beyond the classroom.

Activities include:

Junior School photographic competition and robotics events.

Senior School 'Thinking Games' challenge day, Masterchef Cookery competition, book club and joint discos.

Sixth Form Philosophy Club, the annual 1st XI team girls v boys hockey match and Christmas carol singing at the Lord Mayor’s Mansion.
